Why Counselling?

People choose to have counselling for all sorts of reasons.

Maybe as a result of a particular event such as a relationship breakdown or the death of a loved one, or sometimes due to a more general sense of dissatisfaction, unhappiness or a feeling of being "stuck".

What Next?

Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting.

I offer a safe, warm, confidential space for you explore the difficulties that you are currently facing.

When you get in touch by email or phone, I will invite you to attend an initial session which will last for 50 minutes. This will be an opportunity for us to discuss what you are looking for from counselling and see how well we work together.

The best way to find out if counselling is for you, is to give it a go.
